Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 27 September 2026

1. Who you are contracting with

These Terms & Conditions are between you (the venue owner, manager or authorised representative) and Orevia world (“OREVIA”, “we”, “us”), the seller and operator of the OREVIA digital concierge platform. By creating an account, starting a trial, or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you act for a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business; if you act as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age to contract.

2. The service

OREVIA is a subscription software platform that gives hotels, restaurants and cafes a QR-activated digital concierge: guest-facing pages (wifi details, menus, requests, facilities, feedback), a staff dashboard, and related tools. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your venue, within the plan you select. We may improve, change or discontinue features over time.

3. Your account and responsibilities

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You are responsible for the content you publish through the service (menus, prices, policies, images) and for having the rights to that content.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service. In particular, you must not:

  • use the service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive;
  • send spam or use the platform to harass guests or staff;
  • infringe intellectual property rights of others;
  • introduce malware, probe or scan our systems, or scrape the service;
  • reverse engineer, resell, redistribute or circumvent technical limits of the service;
  • attempt to access another venue's data or workspace.

5. Intellectual property

Orevia world retains all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including the software, documentation, design and OREVIA branding. You retain ownership of your venue's content; you grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the service to you and your guests.

6. Payments, subscriptions and our reseller Paddle

Paid plans are billed as described on our pricing page, plus applicable taxes. New venues may receive a free trial; when a trial ends without a paid plan, access to the dashboard and guest pages is suspended until a plan is activated.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms, which apply in addition to these terms. Plan changes take effect at your next renewal; you keep your current rate until then.

7. Service level

We work hard to keep OREVIA reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The service is provided “as is” and we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When access ends, your guest-facing pages go offline; you may contact us within 30 days to request an export of your venue data, after which it may be deleted.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orevia world is not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages (including loss of profits, data or goodwill). Our aggregate liability to you is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

10. Indemnity

You indemnify Orevia world against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

11. General

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be heard in the courts of India. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. If any clause is unenforceable, the rest remain in force.
